We don't sell junk. We don't hide behind fine print. But we need you to read this before you buy — because once you order, you're committed.
All Delete & Exhaust Sales Are Final. Period.
DPF kits. CAT pipes. Exhaust systems. Full delete bundles.
No returns. No refunds. No exchanges. No exceptions.
These are specialty performance parts built for your specific truck. Once they ship, they're yours. We can't take them back, and we won't.
Know your year. Know your model. Order right the first time.
Can I Cancel My Order?
No.
Once you click "buy," it's done — even if it hasn't shipped yet. We move fast and so do our orders.
Check your cart twice. Ask us questions before you order. Because after? It's locked.
What If Something's Defective?
We've got you — but only for real manufacturer defects.
We'll replace:
- EGR Delete Kits
- DPF Delete Kits (not including DPF/CAT pipes)
The rules:
- You have 30 days from purchase to submit a claim
- Day 31? Window's closed. No exceptions.
- Damage from install doesn't count. That's on you.
What About Tuners?
Tuners throw codes sometimes. That's normal. Most issues are fixable — and our tech team will walk you through it.
Error codes alone don't get you a refund.
Here's what does:
- Our techs confirm it's a tune-related issue
- It can't be resolved
Here's what doesn't:
- Your truck has electrical or mechanical problems
- The tuner works but you changed your mind
If the tuner has been plugged in and programmed, it's yours. No returns.
We Don't Do Refunds If:
- You installed it wrong and broke something
- You used it, even once
- The tuner touched your OBD port
- We sent exactly what you ordered
- You ordered the wrong part for your truck
This isn't Amazon. These are performance parts, not impulse buys. We expect our customers to do their homework — and we're happy to help you before you order.
