We stand behind every part we sell. Please read this before you order.
All Sales Are Final
- No cancellations. Once you place your order, it's locked in, even if it hasn't shipped yet.
- No refunds or returns for change of mind.
Not sure what fits your truck? Call or text us before you order and we'll help.
Wrong Fit
- We check your VIN before we ship.
- If a part doesn't fit your truck, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Send it back unused, not installed and not modified, and we'll ship you the right part. This is an exchange, not a refund.
- If we sent the wrong part, we cover shipping both ways.
- If the truck info you gave us was wrong, we'll still swap it, but you cover the shipping.
Warranty
- Stainless delete pipes: lifetime warranty against defects. No rust-through, no cracks.
- EGR delete plates, gaskets and hardware: 2-year warranty against defects.
- Tuners: covered by the tuner manufacturer's warranty.
How to make a claim:
- Contact us with photos of the part.
- Once we confirm the defect, we replace it.
Need it faster? We can ship your replacement right away. You pay for the replacement and shipping, then send the old part back. Once we receive it and confirm the defect, we refund what you paid.
Not covered: damage from installation, modified parts, and normal wear.
Tuners & Tunes
- Once a tuner has been plugged in or programmed, it can't be returned.
- Error codes alone are not a reason for a refund. Most issues are fixable, and our tech team will work through them with you.
