DESCRIPTION

Product Overview

  • The unrefined 07.5-12 factory emissions system forces relentless active regenerations that dump raw diesel into cylinders, dilute engine oil, and EGTs to dangerous thresholds.
  • This comprehensive 4" Turbo-Back System replaces your entire exhaust network from the turbocharger outlet flange down to the middle section right before the factory muffler.
  • It drops underhood temperatures drastically, unchokes high-boost airflow, and delivers peak exhaust clearance for heavy towing applications.

Key Features

  • Industrial T409 SS Build: Extruded from thick-gauge, mandrel-bent T409 stainless steel to withstand severe underbody heat shocks, aggressive boost strain, and corrosive winter road salt.
  • Maximum Air Velocity Layout: Engineered specifically for street-tuned trucks, heavy towing, and extreme workload conditions with zero top-end choke.
  • Heavy-Duty Thermal Protection: Reduce backpressure drastically right at the turbo outlet. Lower EGTs by up to 250°F under heavy trailer weight to insulate vital head gaskets and turbo bearings from heat fatigue.
  • Bung-Free High-Flow Design: Bypasses the nightmare of seized components. This pipe features no sensor ports, which allows you to disconnect failed factory sensors permanently, clear out internal obstructions, and run a completely clean profile.

FAQ

Q: What exact sections under the truck does this pipe replace?

A: This includes a 4" performance turbo downpipe, intermediate delete sections, and modular adapters. It replaces your factory downpipe, DPF core, catalytic converter, and the post-2010 SCR segment. It connects directly to your stock mid-pipe right before the factory muffler.

Q: I see your basic delete pipe. How do I choose between that and this pipe?

A: 4" DPF Race Pipe: If your factory downpipe is in good condition, you want a low budget, and you only need to swap the DPF canister block under the cab.4" Turbo-Back down to the mid-pipe: If your original downpipe is rusted solid, you run aggressive custom tunes, and you want to overhaul the entire path from turbo to muffler for maximum airflow.

Q: This system has a "Bung-Free" design with no sensor ports. Is that a benefit?

A: Yes, it is a massive benefit for complete deletes. Factory sensors rust solid inside the DPF shell over 15+ years and snap off during removal. Our bung-free design bypasses this completely. You simply disconnect the dead sensors, secure the wiring pigtails to the frame with zip ties, and turn off sensor tracking via your tuner.

Q: Why does this exhaust system explicitly exclude trucks with rear air-ride suspension?

A: Because this 4" route utilizes wide, aggressive mandrel bends, the thick pipe will physically strike or run too close to the rubber air bags. The extreme exhaust heat will melt and rupture the suspension air bags under load.
